This website is operated by Ogden Auto Service, a family owned auto repair shop at 523 Ogden Ave, Downers Grove, IL 60515. In these terms, "we," "us," and "the shop" mean Ogden Auto Service, and "you" means anyone who visits or uses the site.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services, view current offers, request an appointment, apply for a job, and contact us. You agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or overload it
Submit false or misleading information through our forms, or submit a form on behalf of someone who has not asked you to
Send spam, malicious files, or anything else intended to harm the shop or its customers
Copy, scrape, or republish the content of this site, except as described under Intellectual property below

Appointment requests and online scheduling

Submitting the contact form on this site is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm a date and time. Online scheduling is provided through Tekmetric, a separate service with its own terms. Any booking made there is also subject to confirmation by the shop, and we may need to adjust a time based on parts availability, technician availability, or the work your vehicle needs. If you cannot make an appointment, please call us at (630) 541-5523 so the time can be offered to another customer.

Estimates, pricing, and repairs

Descriptions of services and any prices on this site are general information. The cost of work on your vehicle depends on its year, make, model, condition, and the parts and labor required. Before we perform any repair, you will receive an estimate and we will ask for your authorization, as required by Illinois law. The estimate and the repair order you sign at the shop are the agreement that governs the work on your vehicle, not this website. If we find additional work is needed once a job is underway, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

Our guarantee on parts and labor is explained on your repair invoice. Please keep your invoice, as it is your record of the work performed and the warranty that applies to it.

Specials and coupons

Offers on our Specials page are subject to the terms printed on each offer, including the expiration date, the vehicles and services covered, and whether the offer can be combined with other discounts. Unless an offer says otherwise:

Prices exclude tax and any shop supply or disposal fees
An offer must be mentioned when you schedule and presented at the counter before work begins
One offer may be used per visit, and offers cannot be combined with other discounts
Offers apply to most passenger vehicles; some makes, models, and fluid or filter types may cost more, and we will tell you before work starts
Offers have no cash value and are not valid on previous purchases

We may change, extend, or withdraw an offer at any time. If an offer has expired on the page but you were quoted it when you booked, we will honor the quote we gave you.

Careers applications

Submitting an application through this site does not create an offer of employment or any obligation on the part of the shop. You agree that the information you provide, including any resume, is accurate and complete. We will review applications and contact candidates we would like to speak with.
